JULAC Assessment Committee

The JULAC Assessment Committee shall

  1. Identifies, defines, collects and reports on a common set of statistics on library resources and services pertaining to JULAC member libraries.
  2. Co-ordinates the compilation of annual JULAC statistics and maintains the JULAC statistics website.
  3. Encourages within JULAC a culture of library assessment that fosters data-driven decision making, accountability, and high-value impact on learning, teaching, and research.
  4. Co-ordinates within JULAC the implementation and advancement of shared assessment tools.
  5. Co-ordinates shared training and education opportunities within JULAC in the areas of library assessment and data collection.
  6. Identify suitable tools to meet the needs of library assessment and evaluation.
