The 2024 JULAC Libraries Forum, titled “Innovating in the Digital Era,” was held at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University on Friday, 6 December 2024. Over 200 colleagues from the eight JULAC libraries attended the forum, and more than 120 participants joined the library tour of PolyU Library during the lunch hour.
Dr. Benjamin Moorhouse from HKBU delivered the keynote speech on “Generative AI, Integrity, and Academic Publishing.” Presentations were given by all eight JULAC libraries and two JULAC sub-committees, namely Consortiall and the Learning Strategies Committee. Additionally, there was a panel discussion among JULAC Directors on the forum’s theme.
